In Thursday’s pool play, Portland’s Rhino took on Vancouver’s Furious George in a battle for a top power pool spot. The extremely windy game was a rematch from Northwest Regionals, where Furious eked out a universe point victory that left a bad taste in Rhino’s mouth. This game was just as exciting.

Rhino seems to excel in games decided by one point. That is very exciting. I like Rhino. A lot ! ! ! Hope to see you next Halloween in Sarasota ! !

Agreed, Jet, Rhino *shines* on universe. In 2012, Rhino played 11 games that went to universe point. They won 9 of them (http://scores.usaultimate.org/scores/#open/team/1593). They’re arguably the most exciting team to watch.
