Mick Stukes and Charlotte Ultimate have started a new instructional video series to teach the basics of ultimate to new players. It’s much like a beginner’s version of Rise Up that focuses on the fundamentals of throwing and catching.
With new episodes every Wednesday, there’s plenty to learn by watching their high speed camera slow the mechanics way down. Here are the first two episodes: throwing a forehand and throwing a backhand.
