Ultimate Peace, “an organization that uses the exhilarating and fun sport of Ultimate Frisbee to build community, unite people, and educate youth around the world,” has been operating since 2008. For the last four years, the group has held summer camps in the Middle East, bringing together Israeli Jews, Palestinians, and Arab Israelis to play Ultimate and create a safe community for interaction and understanding.
