UPDATE: Central Florida May Have Their Ten Games

Central Florida’s Easterns results have been reinstated after being originally rendered ineligible, according to the USA Ultimate spreadsheet documenting roster discrepancies.

The reinstatement gives Central Florida seven eligible games, leaving them looking for three more in order to have the team ranked and qualify for a possible strength bid for the Southeast Region.

We are waiting to hear from Central Florida or USA Ultimate about the situation. Why only one tournament has been reinstated, but not the other two, is unclear.

UPDATE: Bama Secs is reporting that UCF does in fact have their ten required games because their T-Town Throwdown results from the early season are still being counted by USA Ultimate. Indeed, the T-Town Throwdown tournament is not listed on the ineligible spreadsheet. We are still awaiting word from USA Ultimate about this situation, as the player in question has been playing for the team throughout the year.

If UCF does, in fact, have their ten games, they will still need to land in the top 19 in order to qualify for a third SE strength bid. Considering their relatively weak strength of schedule once Warm Up and the Stanford Invite are removed, it may be a stretch. We will have more as the details become more clear.
