Colorado’s Jimmy Mickle Wins The 2014 Callahan Award

Jimmy Mickle receives the 2014 Callahan Award at the College Championships.Colorado’s Jimmy Mickle was awarded the 2014 Callahan Award today at the College Championships.

Mickle was the heavy favorite to win the award and has led his team to the semifinals of this year’s Championships, where they will play Oregon this evening.

Colorado has relied heavily on Mickle for his huge pulls, impressive defense, and unstoppable offensive abilities. Mickle was also a standout player for his club team Denver Johnny Bravo during the summer and fall of 2013.
