Q: What is the value, in points, of having a coach for a college team?

Teams A, B, and C are roughly equal in roster talent going into a particular season. Team A is coached by a top 10 coach (Nick Kaczmarek, Mike DeNardis, Robin Davis, etc.). Team B is coached by the average college coach. Team C has no coach.

What lines do you set for A vs. B, B vs. C, and A vs. C?
