Women’s Centex 2022: Five Things I Liked (Day One Recap)

It wasn't just the perfect weather.

AUSTIN — With near-perfect weather conditions on hand for the first day of Women’s Centex, it was a great Saturday of action from one of the division’s biggest and most important tournaments. The pools’ top seeds mostly took care of business, though fourth-seeded #19 Northeastern fell to fifth-seeded #18 Florida State in an upset predicted by the Ultiworld Power Rankings.
