The D-III South Central Regional featured a stacked field, with five teams in Ultiworld’s Top 25, including four in the top 10 and the top ranked squad, Oklahoma Christian. #7 Missouri S&T upended the opening narrative, shocking #1 OC 15-9 in the first round of pool play. That sent OC to work through the backdoor bracket and set up Missouri S&T against #8 Colorado College in the 1st place final. With the winner punching their ticket to nationals, a tie game near the end set up a Universe Point with outsized importance!
