Oklahoma Christian, one of the favorites to win the D-III division in 2022, dropped all the way to the D-III Nationals 6-seed after finishing a surprising 2nd at regionals. Berry was none too pleased about that, as they saw OC get slotted in their pool, setting up a high flying showdown between likely semifinals contenders. And what a show we got! Trailing by 1, Berry broke to tie the game at 14 each to set up a Universe Point with outsized impact. Scoring wins the pool and gives the ever-important prequarters bye, getting scored on makes you play an extra game in the bracket!
