The 2025 USA Ultimate Division I College Championships are headed west. Burlington, Washington — 90 minutes north of Seattle — will play host to this year’s event over its traditional Memorial Day weekend slot from May 23-26, 2025.
This is the first springtime College Championships on the West Coast since 2005; Norco, California, was the site of the 2021 College Championships postponed until the winter due to COVID-19.
“DiscNW is honored to partner with USA Ultimate to bring the D-I College Championships back to Washington for the first time in more than 20 years,” said DiscNW Executive Director Jude LaRene in a statement. “Our staff, board and volunteers are excited to share our community’s love of ultimate with thousands of athletes and fans who make this event an incredible annual celebration of the sport.”
The fields will be at the Skagit River Sports Complex with the semis and finals held at the nearby Burlington-Edison High School. Ultiworld will be exclusively broadcasting games on the first three days of the tournament during pool play, prequarters, quarterfinals, and semifinals; ESPNU will carry the finals live on Memorial Day starting at 2 PM Eastern.
USAU has not yet announced the location of D-III College Championships, which take place the week prior to the D-I event. Typically, the D-III tournament is held within driving distance of D-I.
