Pro Flight Finale Moved To Seattle’s Emerald City Classic

Due to devastating drought conditions in California, the Pro Flight Finale has been moved from Santa Cruz’s Labor Day to Seattle’s Emerald City Classic, USA Ultimate announced on Friday.

From USAU:

After it was announced on May 30 that the Labor Day Championships may be cancelled, extensive investigation into possible alternative field sites in California began. When it was determined there were no suitable options in the area, input was gathered from the Club Working Group and team council representatives, and the Emerald City Classic was determined to be the best available alternative to host this year’s Pro Flight Finale. The tournament will still take place over Labor Day Weekend, August 30-31, and will be held at Skagit River Park in Burlington.
