#4 Carleton Syzygy kicks off their season against #14 Oregon Fugue at the Stanford Invite. Most expect Syzygy to compete for a title this year, and the roster is stacked with talent both veteran and young. Carly Campana, Lauren Yamasaki-Liske, and 2021 Rookie of the Year Tori Gray headline Syzygy's squad. Fugue had an up and down first tournament at Presidents' Day Invite, where they notched 3 wins over top 25 squads but had sizable losses to those in the top 10.
