ECC 2012 Game Of The Tournament: Sockeye v. Doublewide

Without question, the best game from Emerald City Classic this weekend took place in the first round on Sunday when Seattle’s Sockeye faced Austin’s Doublewide in round robin play.

The game was remarkable in a number of ways — most notably that there were only five turnovers in the entire match (and not a single one in the first half). It showcases Ultimate at its best — big hucks, explosive plays, intense defense, and, save for one moment, great spirit.

We don’t want to spoil it by giving away too much, so find 20 minutes to sit down and watch this incredible game:
