What Does It Mean To Be A Professional Ultimate Player?

Major League Ultimate held the first of its combines this weekend in Philadelphia, Boston, and Washington. At the DC Current tryout, head coach Keven Molderhauer addressed prospective players with some thoughtful words about what it means to be a professional ultimate player.

Regardless of your thoughts on professional ultimate’s viability or which league you’re pulling for, this rings very true:
