Hometown #8 Texas found themselves on the ropes against a tough #10 Wisconsin side in pool play of Nationals. Each team had designs on reaching the bracket, making it out of what many considered to be the toughest pool in the women’s division. Navigating the windy conditions had proven a challenge for every team. Now both teams would have to contend with that while under heavy pressure.
