Remy Schor is the President of LA Out, the local disc organization in Los Angeles, and a long-time volunteer for USA Ultimate, where she served as the National Mixed Director since late 2015 after four years as the National Women’s Director. She recently stepped down from her position as the Mixed Director following misgivings about USAU’s approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this episode, Schor discusses her start as a player, how she got involved in organizing, and what she sees as the crucial next steps for both USAU and the sport.
