Better Box Score Metrics: EDGE Stats for AUDL Week 9

Austin Taylor has been having a consistently excellent season, posting EDGE scores above 3.0 in 7 of his 9 games, but nothing came close to his 956 yards, nine assists, one turn, 7.54 EDGE performance against Pittsburgh. Nor did any of the league’s other players, although Thomas Edmonds and Calvin Brown came closest. Given ultimate’s joint pairing of every offensive action, it’s not surprising to find pairs or trios of teammates rising up together, and that happened all over the place in Week 9.
