Philadelphia AMP started the Pro Championships strong, knocking off 1-seed Hybrid and beating a sneaky-good shame. team. Durham Toro’s day 1 was, well, not as good. Losses to Drag’n Thrust and Public Enemy forced them to face 2021 Nationals semifinalist NOISE in the prequarters. A 4-point win acquitted Toro, but their prize was a matchup with vaunted AMP. Impressively, Toro held their own and a second half push set them on the brink of victory. To end the game, however, they need to convert on offense on Universe Point!
