Jonathan “Goose” Helton rose from humble ultimate roots all the way to the USA Men’s National Team. The journeyman player was a starter for numerous club teams and has gotten more involved in the sport as the founder of Game Point Performance, an ultimate training company, and the co-owner of CUT Camps, youth camps teaching the next generation of players. Helton was recently in a very serious motorcycle accident that nearly took his leg.

Charlie Eisenhood sits down with Goose to discuss his long playing career, his injury recovery and future, his involvement with coaching, his entrepreneurial streak, strength and conditioning in the sport, and lots more!
