The most exciting offseason in UFA history is leaving us with more questions than answers.

We’re in the in-between time of the UFA offseason. Tryouts have mostly concluded, but the season is still about two months away. Already we’ve seen intriguing signings and a massive division restructure including an expansion team in Las Vegas, but there’s plenty more to come before the first pull is released in April. While we wait for full rosters, uniform drops, and any other updates that come across the news wire, here are seven questions I’m chewing on right now.
1. How do Toronto’s European players impact the East Division race?
For so long, the East Division was Toronto’s. Though they just have their 2013 league championship to show for it, the Rush dominated the East Division for their first half-decade of existence. Then, it was New York’s division through their 2019-2023 run; the Empire never lost the division in that span. Now, with Boston (notably just adding Tobe Decraene) and DC also looking the part of division title contenders, the East seems up for grabs.
