Tampa Bay Lightning center Steven Stamkos and Arizona Coyotes goaltender Mike Smith went on Instagram to wish Team Canada — yes, the ultimate team — good luck at the World Ultimate and Guts Championships this week in London. Check it out:

Hey @tcopen2016 here is a message from Steven Stamkos of the Tampa Bay Lightening and Mike Smith of the Arizona Coyotes

Stamkos and Smith are back training with Dr. Kevin Deonarine, as they did last summer. Deonarine has them play a little ultimate to cross-train for hockey.
