Truckstop (Washington, D.C.) matched up against Voodoo (Seattle) in the first round of Emerald City Classic. Both teams traded points early but hard defense helped Truckstop to get the first break and the game’s momentum. Truckstop maintained the lead as they went back to trading points, including a number of beautiful hucks. Voodoo fought hard but in the end could not get the breaks they needed as hardcap sealed Truckstop’s 14-13 victory.
