The developers at Ultiapps — who first offered the in-depth statistical tracking tool used by Ultiworld and many top teams — have just announced the release of Ultiarchive, a new tool designed to bring together tournament results, team records, and available video and media from the last decade of ultimate.
Building on the successful U23 Worlds tournament page, Ultiarchive allows users to quickly sort through years of team and tournament history, while they continue to add the major tournaments in the coming year, effectively offering an alternative to Score Reporter for casual updates during big events.
The tool is simple, fast, and free. Compared to the often long delays and bugginess of Score Reporter, it is a welcome addition for anyone interested in past results.
You can pull up available full game videos from games that were filmed simply by clicking on the link provided with the game. You can click on a team to visually see their path through a tournament. Getting a team’s full season results is just as simple.
While the tool will not replace Score Reporter — the data contained in Ultiarchive is all scraped directly from SR — it does make looking at past results and trends far easier.
