USA Ultimate is moving HQ locations within Colorado.

USA Ultimate will be relocating its headquarters from Boulder to Colorado Springs in early January, multiple sources confirmed to Ultiworld.
The move will allow USA Ultimate to be closer to the US Olympic Committee, also based in Colorado Springs, and be situated near dozens of other sports national governing bodies.
USAU Director of Marketing and Communications Andy Lee would neither confirm nor deny the move.
With Boulder a 90 minute drive to Colorado Springs without traffic, it is likely that most staff members will need to relocate. More details are expected to be forthcoming soon.
