In the evening rounds as the sun faded, two regional contenders preparing for the challenging task of scoring the big upset(s) at their respective Regional championships faced off. Carnegie Mellon and Northeastern both generated some preseason buzz, and have shown flashes since. A midpoint hard cap horn made it double game point.
