RALEIGH— At the end of the day, Monday’s mixed final between Minneapolis Drag’N Thrust and Ann Arbor Hybrid represents an exciting showdown between two elite teams. Drag’N Thrust has been at or near the top of the division every year this decade while Hybrid made it to the national final just last season. Though they ended up in the same game, their roads to getting there were anything but typical in the unsurprisingly chaotic mixed division.
