Four time defending Champion #3 UNC Pleiades headline a mostly regional field at Carolina Kickoff. The Santa Barbara Invite – streamed on Ultiworld – field looks incredibly strong with #2 Colorado Quandary, #3 UBC Thunderbirds, #5 Oregon Fugue, #6 Carleton Syzygy, and 2024 runners-up #7 Stanford Superfly among the teams appearing. Also on the docket are Florida Winter Classic, New Year Fest, T-Town Throwdown XX, and Winta Binta Vinta.
D-I Men’s Division

As in the women’s division, the Santa Barbara Invite field looks strong with #3 Cal Poly SLOCORE, the only preseason top-10 team in attendance, favored to win. Ultiworld will have streamed coverage of the tournament. Also on the docket are Mid-Atlantic Warm Up, New Year Fest, T-Town Throwdown XX, and PacCon, where #1 Oregon Ego and #9 Oregon State Beavers will make their season debuts.

Looking Ahead
There are no D-III specific events this weekend, but #8 Richmond Spidermonkeys will play at Mid-Atlantic Warm Up alongside fellow AC teams Christopher Newport Skymaul and Navy Poseidon. #13 Berry Bucks and Union Jaxx will be at T-Town Throwdown XX, giving an early preview to some of the top Southeast teams.
