Our picks for the top D-III performers in each region in 2025.
May 15, 2025 by Ultiworld in Awards
Our Ultiworld staff has selected their top players from each respective region, including the top performing Rookie. In the grand tradition of the now-defunct player voted All-Region awards of yesteryear, we relish the opportunity to recognize a wide range of talented competitors across the country based on their contributions and impact from the entirety of the season. Using our regional reporters, game film, and talking to folks on the ground in each region, we compiled our would-be selections for each region based on production prior to Nationals.
In this set of D-III awards, our staff has sifted through the names to fill out these lists. Due to the nature of Division III, in some instances, not all regions’ award slates will match.

Atlantic Coast

All-Region
Emma Alatzas (Richmond)
Alatzas does it all for Richmond’s offense with quick give-and-goes and is one of the most athletic players in the entire region.
Lillian Dyslin (Davidson)
Dyslin is a true hybrid threat—blazing fast, tough to guard, and equally dangerous cutting or controlling the disc in the handler space.
Miriam Gorbach (Mary Washington)
Mary Washington relied heavily on the back of Miriam Gorbach, who consistently went every-other before looking for big flick hucks.
Arianna Kightlinger (Richmond)
A defensive anchor for three seasons, Kightlinger’s leadership and deep throwing arsenal have been key to Richmond’s back-to-back Atlantic Coast titles.
