David lives in Boulder, Colorado, where he is the captain of a local mixed team, Dragon Army. He graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2012 where he played for the ever-dominant Mamabird. David started playing Ultimate at Fairview High School where he was coached by Hector Valdivia and Adam Simon (yes, that was a name drop).
