The MLU’s Nic Darling has a very optimistic outlook for the upstart professional league. But, as we’ve said before, the MLU doesn’t even exist yet. They haven’t played a game, they haven’t started a marketing campaign. Yes, they have a website and some smart, capable people working towards their goal. And anyone trying to raise $1 million+ for a small business has to be excited.
But tempering expectations, especially for such an unproven business, is important. Major League Lacrosse has been around for over ten years. Have you been to a game?
