The #12 Northeastern Huskies had ups and downs on day 1 of Warm Up, amassing a 3-1 record while also having a player test positive for Covid at the field, causing the early end of their game against Temple and a pod of Northeastern players to withdraw from further competition. Despite that, they played well enough to make the quarterfinals and a juicy matchup against #8 Minnesota Grey Duck. Cole Jurek was a shining star for Minnesota in match play, taking the reins of the offense and moving the disc anywhere of his liking, leading his team in a victory over #6 Brown.
