Major League Ultimate sent Ultiworld the following statement about the recent legislation that blocks anti-discrimination laws:
Major League Ultimate is firmly opposed to any action or legislation that promotes discrimination or denies anyone the rights to which all individuals are entitled. The recent passage of laws, in states like North Carolina and Arkansas, that promote discrimination against people based on their sexual orientation or gender identity are completely counter to the MLU’s guiding principles of respect and inclusion. We are proud to promote equality for everyone.
