Brown and Texas met in the final round of Pool C play at Smoky Mountain Invite after two very different starts to their weekends. Brown was coming off of two confident wins, while Texas had suffered two tough losses. After Texas had been so successful at Florida Warm Up, it was a disappointing start for the now-shorthanded squad. Brown, meanwhile, was bouncing back from an underwhelming opening at Florida Warm Up. But both teams were just one goal away from shifting their tournament performance.
