Hammers, layouts, and celebrations, oh my!

Columbus, Ohio played host to the first major club tournament of 2021 for many men’s and mixed teams, the Triple Crown Tour’s Select Flight Invite-East. In a heavily competitive mixed division, we got our first look at new teams Cleveland Crocs and Nashville ‘Shine, as well as Great Lakes squads Cocktails, Hybrid, and Steamboat. Kevin Pettit-Scantling highlighted talent in the men’s division, one of many to take advantage of looser-than-normal rostering rules to pick up with Madison Mad Men as they faced teams coming in from North Carolina to Minnesota.
Jitters of the first tournament back may have been felt by players, but they certainly did not prevent us from witnessing flashy hammers or soaring layouts. Enjoy our highlights from the 2021 Select Flight Invite – East!
