Q: Does the ‘Rest of the World’ chances go up or down against USA at World Games?
You could argue that on a flattening curve of talent, the USA World Games team isn’t that much better than, say, the Mixed National Team at WUGC, compared to other nations where the consolidation of talent marks a significant increase on their regular national teams.
Does anyone (e.g. Colombia, Japan) get a leg up from playing a fairly distinct national style that helps players from different teams come together in a way that still isn’t bland/predictable (eg vanilla vert) to their opponents?

A: Let’s imagine a world in which the World Games was played 4v4 instead of 7v7, with six person teams. This is literally how ultimate might be played if it gets into the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, so I’m not even really conjuring up something out of nowhere.
What would be the impact on the USA’s advantage?
