The episode starts off with a discussion on spirit (or lack thereof) in Vancouver high school ultimate. Danie and Theo have an open discussion on how things can change and invite the Huckin’ Eh audience to share their own thoughts on how to cultivate spirit at the high school level. Next, the two go across the country sharing news and notes including the World Games training camp, tryout updates, and teams going to college regionals.

*Note: the Victoria women’s team has now qualified for Regionals after a team dropped out. This episode was recorded before this news came out.

    Theo recently left his teaching career to start a podcast about Canadian ultimate. He is a self-professed ultimate nerd who is willing to talk ultimate to anyone who will listen.
