Cranston, Spiva, and Wodatch sign for DC Breeze

Another trio of talented players are making the switch from MLU to AUDL.

The AUDL’s Washington D.C. Breeze announced this morning the signing of David Cranston, Nicky Spiva, and Jeff Wodatch for the 2016 season.

All three played key roles for Truck Stop this past club season — who narrowly lost to Revolver in the National quarterfinals — with Cranston earning a spot on Ultiworld’s All-Club Top Defenders team for the season.

The trio is making the switch from the MLU’s D.C. Current, following Truck Stop teammates Alan Kolick and Markham Shofner who signed for the Breeze this past summer. This exodus of talent across leagues is certainly a coup for the AUDL, which continues to load up on top-tier players. Wodatch is coming off a 2015 MLU season in which he finished in the top ten in scoring in the league.

There are no details immediately available about the contracts.
