ESPNW featured Hana Kawai of Seattle Riot and the US Women’s National Team in an article released Friday as part of their Weekend Warrior series. The article discusses the different roles Kawai plays in the sport, her work outside of ultimate, and emphasizes the Spirit of the Game without at all mentioning refereed pro leagues, in contrast to yesterday’s NY Times article.
Kawai will be competing for the US team in London at WUGC, starting this weekend.
