    Lost to LPC in pool play, but then fought back in bracket play only losing to Stanford, and winning against LPC and Santa Clara to earn 2nd.

    Cal lost to Santa Clara in their pool play on universe, and then lost to Arizona immediately afterwards on universe again in pre-quarters. The next day, Cal wins every single game to earn the 9th place finish.
