In 2019, Salem Rhino Slam! was the unlikely 16 seed that advanced to the quarterfinals and nearly knocked out defending champions PoNY, losing on 15-14. Seeking to build off that success, they defeated in-region rival The Killjoys in prequarters to return yet again to the quarterfinals where they face Washington D.C. Truck Stop. Truck themselves were 2019 quarterfinalists, and took an easier path this year, winning their pool comfortably. A club championship semifinal berth is on the line in San Diego!
