Ultiworld is giving away a $500 scholarship.

Ultiworld is excited to announce that we will be offering a $500 scholarship to the new VC Ultimate Leadership Training summer camp in Seattle this summer.
The Ultiworld Journalism Scholarship will be given to one player, aged 14-18, to help cover the cost of enrollment in or travel to VC ULT Camp.
The winner of the scholarship will be expected to produce a piece of writing to be published on Ultiworld about something involving the summer camp. The style of the piece can be anything from a reported news brief to a player profile to a personal essay.
To apply, please send the following to [email protected] with the subject line VC ULT Camp Scholarship:
– Your first and last name
– Your school, city, and state
– Your age
– A sample of writing (500-1500 words recommended) that you are proud of. It could be from school or from any personal work.
– A pitch on what story or piece of writing you would like to do after your time at VC ULT Camp (to be published on Ultiworld). Be creative if you like!
– No more than 250 words on why you want to go to VC ULT Camp this summer
