Jenny “J Tall” O’Connell is a writer, outdoor guide, and ultimate player who lives in Portland, Maine. A 2019 Maine Literary Award finalist and Pushcart Prize nominee, Jenny’s writing has appeared in publications across the country, and she is an outdoor contributor for Maine Magazine. Her debut book project traces her 2014 solo trek across Finland following the footsteps of a female legend into the heart of the Arctic Circle.
