Cody Mills is the head coach of Cal Poly SLO’s men’s ultimate team and an assistant coach of San Francisco Revolver. He’s become a fixture of the college coaching scene, winning the Coach of the Year award in 2020 after finishing as a runner-up in 2019. A long-time Ultiworld analyst, Mills has developed a reputation as a sharp Xs-and-Os tactician both as a coach and a broadcaster.

Due to an injury in 2014, Mills was forced to retire from playing ultimate, a topic that we discuss in this episode of Sideline Talk. We also discuss his background as a player and coach, his interest in the strategy of the game, and his popular website
