The most climactic point in ultimate is double game point–also known as ‘Universe Point’–when the pressure is on and a single goal will decide who will be the victor. This club season, Universe Point cleats is presenting every double game point we film. Check out Universe Point if you are looking for a comfortable, ultimate specific cleat with a patented stud pattern that can give you an edge to win your next double game point, or any other time you take the field.
The first round of pool play proved to be an exciting one for Boise Lochsa and Boston Slow, as they played neck and neck the entire way en route to a Universe Point finish. Peter Prial headlined talent on the Massachusetts squad, as they won the Northeast Region amidst an 18-4 campaign. 18-9 Lochsa had a bit of an up and down year, as they played lots of top teams close but struggled to get over the hump and notch a signature win. It all came together at Northwest Regionals for them and they earned themselves a 13-seed at nationals.
