Theo then goes in depth with each team as he has separate interviews with Jon Hayduk of the Montreal Royal, Adrian Yearwood of the Toronto Rush and Hagan Riglin and Laura Storey of the Ottawa Outlaws.

Theo recently left his teaching career to start a podcast about Canadian ultimate. He is a self-professed ultimate nerd who is willing to talk ultimate to anyone who will listen.
