Universe Point: AMP vs. Drag’n Thrust

Will AMP make it two straight on Universe?

Philadelphia AMP followed up their Universe Point win over Toro in the quarterfinal with another down to the wire finish in the semifinal against Minneapolis Drag’n Thrust. Drag’n broke 3 straight to start the game, but AMP responded with 4 consecutive of their own. Both sides showcased their elite skill and depth, with Drag’n led by Bryan Vohnoutka (1G, 2A, 1B), Danielle Byers (4G), and Caleb Denecour (2G, 3A) while AMP’s Raha Mozaffari (2G, 1A), Jordan Rhyne (4A), and Liz Hart (3G, 2A) rocked out for AMP. The teams traded holds until a late break set Philly up 12-10, but Drag’n dug deep and tied it at 12s, setting up Universe Point!
