Should USAU be doing more to push for a return to the field?

Q: I think I’m of the opinion that USAU needs to do more to encourage teams/people to be competing where it is safe. I think the ultra-conservative mindset (or the outward appearance of being ultra-conservative in regards to return to play) from USAU is trickling down to local orgs and teams and is going to have negative long term effects on the number of people involved in ultimate. Is USAU doing enough to get people safely back on the fields? Should they be doing more to encourage safe return to play?
