This play from the MLU’s Philadelphia Spinners season opener against the Boston Whitecaps defies simple explanation. With time winding down in the first half, Nick Hirranet threw a greatest to keep the play alive. The disc was mac’ed first by a Boston defender, then bounced off of the chest of a Spinners receiver, before floating to the back of the endzone, where it was tracked down by Himalaya Mehta for an insane layout score:
