There are a lot more titles up for grabs than the one at Nationals. With 10 D-I Regional championships on the line, and spots at Nationals beyond that, a large group of teams with varying goals are geared up for battle this spring.
We go region by region and break down the teams in the mix, the players that could make a difference, and the stories to keep an eye on.
Atlantic Coast
After two years of relative strength, bringing in three and two bids to Nationals in 2017 and 2018, respectively, the Atlantic Coast returned to the familiar one bid territory in 2019. This year, the AC will have a few bubble teams in 2020 that have a realistic chance of nabbing a strength bid.
