Club Power Rankings [6/26/26]

Reacting to all the offseason movement as we look ahead to the 2026 season!

Each week, we’ll post an updated edition of our Power Rankings here on the front page to facilitate discussion in the comments and help us share each week’s rankings via social media. The most up-to-date version can always be found on our permanent rankings page.

Women’s Discussion

  • Will the Fury hype machine pick up right where it left off? Their roster additions, including World Games rep Dawn Culton, are fearsome. It should be quite a Worlds and national revenge tour.
  • Take your pick between Scandal and Brute Squad. DC has the flashier new additions to the roster, but Brute Squad has the pedigree and are coming off a title season. The top challenger label is up for grabs.
  • There’s been an exodus of talent from Raleigh Phoenix, putting pressure on their few vets and sterling coaching staff to develop a new gameplan and new weapons. Load up the mythical references as the team enters a potential rebuild.

Men’s Discussion

  • Revolver are back and their 2026 edition is loaded with returners, plus some sparkling additions. The challenge of the double peak is in front of them, but that just gives them something to shoot for.
  • Is this the year Sub Zero make a push? They’ve had a consistent core developing in the Midwest and their new young talents could spark an immediate run.
  • How will Pacmen follow up their shocking 2025 Nationals run? Much of the crew is back this year, and with lots of young talent to develop and foundation in place for a nascent program, they have a strong chance of establishing themselves as a top tier club.

Mixed Discussion

  • After back-to-back titles, Hybrid return tons of talent and experience. Their additions are nothing to scoff at either. Can anyone catch them this season or are they truly dynastic?
  • Drag’n Thrust’s roster is undergoing significant changes, but they have talent and know-how. Title contention could still be in the cards.
  • The Southwest has a reputation for chaos, but also depth. Six teams from the region find themselves scattered across our rankings, but it feels like pulling lotto numbers to try to order them correctly. Tentative favorites Polar Bears and Tower lead our first guess at the pecking order.
